These investments attempt to address the significant undersupply of newly constructed single-family housing and continued demand for optionality in attainably priced residential settings. Since 2019, MSP has partnered with five sponsors to develop over 2,500 units. MSP continues to target markets with strong demographic tailwinds and favorable rent to buy ratios in order to identify new development opportunities and programmatic partnerships.
