MSP closed on the acquisition of a 54-bed memory care facility located in Overland Park, an affluent suburb 10 miles southwest of Kansas City. The asset was completed in 2017 and quickly achieved stabilized occupancy less than 18 months thereafter. MSP partnered with Seasons Living, its existing senior living partner in the market, to acquire and manage the facility.
