MSP acquired an all-age RV resort and campground located on Big Pine Key in the Florida Keys. The 168-RV site property is situated on 10 pristine waterfront acres adjacent to a protected nature preserve and offers direct diving and boating access to world-class fishing, boating, and other recreational activities. The property was converted from a bait shop to a fishing lodge in 1959 and has been owned and operated by the same family since 1972. MSP intends to upgrade the food and beverage and recreational amenities, as well as improve the existing RV and park-model sites.
