MSP closed on its second partnership with McCarthy Companies to develop 19 single-family homes in Ventura, California, an affluent coastal city located approximately 70 miles west of downtown Los Angeles. The development site is located in an in-fill residential neighborhood located 12 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Ventura has a very low inventory of available homes and most of the homes in the area were built in the 1960s. The 19 new homes will be attractively priced while providing modern features and floorplans, as well as modern efficiencies and warranties.
