Birtcher is a 78-year old, five generational real estate development and investment company which has developed in excess of 65M SF over 260 projects. The joint venture has closed on the first two developments in the Inland Empire, one of the nations’ premier logistics hubs and the nation’s largest base of regional consumption, manufacturing, and distribution.
