Montgomery Street Partners and Swift Creek Partners, in partnership with a corporate pension fund, acquired a five-building, 588,000 square-foot, multi-tenant industrial portfolio located in the Cincinnati MSA from seller Link Logistics. The portfolio, featuring two buildings located in Northern Kentucky and three in Northwest Cincinnati, is fully occupied by ten tenants.
