MSP has partnered with J. Small Investments and Lyda Hill Philanthropies to transform Pegasus Park into the first research and innovation campus that will serve North Texas’ emerging biotech ecosystem. Phase I of the renovation plan will complete in 1Q 2022, which includes office tower renovations, indoor and outdoor amenities, the relocation of a local brewery, and the establishment of an incubator lab onsite. The Partnership will convert additional buildings to graduation lab space and pursue a master plan to unlock future ground-up lab development onsite.
