Montgomery Street Partners hired Sam Johnson this month as a senior vice president to help launch a team that will invest in life-science and healthcare deals as an operator and in joint ventures with developers and other operators. Johnson arrives in New York from Oxford Properties, where he spent time in Canada, Boston and New York.
