The parks are located proximate to city centers with robust housing fundamentals and benefit from outsized growth in the 50+ age cohort within the UK. MSP already owns the largest residential home park (850+ sites) in the UK, and the acquisitions represent an opportunity to continue growing MSP’s UK residential home park portfolio alongside the UK holiday park business with high-quality, well-located assets.
