Mr. Pollak has responsibility for financial analysis and underwriting, due diligence, and asset management activities related to investments of MSP. Prior to joining MSP, Mr. Pollak worked as an associate on the Real Estate Investment Banking team at BMO Capital Markets. While at BMO, Mr. Pollak focused on underwriting and structuring capital markets and strategic M&A transactions for public REITs, private real estate owners and financial sponsors across all property types. Prior to BMO, Mr. Pollak spent five years in Institutional Equity Sales at Stifel, where he focused on providing equity research and corporate access to hedge funds, pension funds and mutual funds throughout the Southeastern U.S..
Mr. Pollak received a BBA in finance from Emory University and MBA from Indiana University.
