Mr. Bekarian has responsibility for financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management activities related to investments of MSP. Prior to joining MSP, Mr. Bekarian worked in asset management at Four Peaks Multifamily Partners, where he focused on asset performance and the execution of business plans across the firm’s multifamily portfolio. Prior thereto, Mr. Bekarian spent five years at RREAF Holdings, where he led reporting and analytics for $2 billion of assets under management and was also responsible for asset management activities. Mr. Bekarian began his career at Greysteel, where he focused on underwriting and financial analysis of real estate investments.
Mr. Bekarian received a Master’s in Finance and Economics from West Texas A&M University and a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
