Mr. Clary serves as West Coast Regional Head for MSP’s Ground Lease REIT and has responsibility for sourcing ground lease investment opportunities, financial analysis and asset management related to investments of MSP. Prior to joining MSP’s Ground Lease REIT, Mr. Clary worked for 11.5 years at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate Finance Group covering the Western Region. While at Goldman Sachs, Mr. Clary led the origination and/or closing process for 111 CMBS and balance sheet loans totaling $2.8B. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Mr. Clary worked at Realty Capital Partners, a boutique commercial real estate private equity firm based in Dallas, TX.
Mr. Clary received an MBA from Texas Christian University and a BS in business from Florida State University.
