Mr. Schermerhorn has responsibility for financial analysis, due diligence, and asset management activities related to investments of MSP. Prior to joining MSP, Mr. Schermerhorn spent nearly 3 years with Fifth Partners, a Dallas-based investment firm. During his time at Fifth Partners, he focused on the acquisition, development, and asset management of real estate assets.
Mr. Schermerhorn received a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
