Ms. Andress has senior responsibility for sourcing and managing MSP’s seniors housing investment activities. Ms. Andress founded SageLife in 2004, a mid-Atlantic based, vertically integrated seniors housing development and management company. MSP and SageLife partnered for over a decade, developing more than 400 units of best-in-class seniors housing in the Philadelphia and Boston areas. During her tenure leading SageLife, Ms. Andress grew the company to over 1,000 employees across 10 cumulative properties and 1,370 units. Ms. Andress joined MSP in 2026 after selling SageLife in 2025. Prior to founding SageLife, Ms. Andress led development and finance activities at Sunrise Senior Living and Brightview, pioneers in the seniors housing sector.
