Mr. Koeijmans leads the execution and overall management of MSP’s residential investment platform, with a focus on conventional multifamily and build-to-rent strategies. He oversees the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, capital deployment, asset management, and strategic partnerships. In addition to his role at MSP, Mr. Koeijmans serves as CEO and Partner of the McCarthy Companies, a vertically integrated residential developer and general contractor based in Southern California. Since 2017, MSP and McCarthy Companies have established a successful track record of joint ventures across multiple residential investment strategies, leveraging their combined expertise in residential development and investment. Prior to joining McCarthy Companies, Mr. Koeijmans was a Partner and COO at RSF Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on real estate investments, where he spent 16 years managing a series of discretionary investment funds. While Tony was at RSF, RSF deployed close to $1 billion in discretionary private equity capital across all real estate product types, capital structures, and geographic regions within the United States.
Mr. Koeijmans holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
